In addition, a large number of desserts in our country are influenced by Portuguese culture in one way or another, it’s important to note that Tuna is widely considered to be the national fish of Cabo Verde, so expect it in a lot of local dishes.

It goes without saying that hot dishes like goat meat, salted pork, and gourmet sausages can get really spicy, this can be attributed to the fact that Cabo Verdeans enjoy mixing many ingredients together while cooking.
